On behalf of the Board of Aldermen, I would like to
welcome you to the City of Waynesboro website. During my
years as Mayor of Waynesboro, my administration has
worked tirelessly to promote a positive image of
Waynesboro, to increase community involvement, and with
your help and support, Waynesboro will continue to be a
role model for the Southern suburbs.
I hope that this site is informative and exciting. In it, you will
find the important information whether you are a resident,
business owner, or visitor. There is valuable information
regarding the departments throughout the City, lists of
elected officials, and contact information for various
departments. As you look at the structure of the City, you
will see that it is YOU, the resident, who is at the center of
that structure. Without you, there is no community.
This is just the beginning! In the coming months, you will
see even more community-oriented programs, and I hope
you will take advantage of them.
I want to thank you for your continuing support of this
administration and for working with us to keep
Waynesboro safe. With the new businesses slated for
Waynesboro and the various activities being planned for
the community, I know our community will continue to
